The programme
You arrive at our place and we welcome you with a house aperitif — usually a spritz with Le Nectar d'Ostara. Then comes a seasonal tour of the plants we use: why caraway, why hyssop, what we look for in a lemon balm.
Next you taste four of our flagship liqueurs, neat and in cocktails. Then, shaker in hand: each guest crafts their own drink with our guidance. You leave with your recipes and a few ideas for your own evenings.
