Le Spritz Efflorescent

— Floral spritz

A sun-kissed floral spritz, all roundness. Le Nectar d'Ostara gives the structure, Mandarine Napoléon the warmth, Prosecco the celebration.

Ingredients

  • Prosecco 9 cl
  • Le Nectar d'Ostara 3 cl
  • Mandarine Napoléon 2 cl
  • Sparkling water 3 cl
  • Orange 1 slice
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1 Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2 Pour the Prosecco, then Le Nectar d'Ostara and Mandarine Napoléon.
  3. 3 Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. 4 Garnish with a slice of orange.

La Verveine Printanière

— Verbena spring long drink

A herbaceous, lively long drink, brightened by strawberry and lime. L'Herbe des Druides reveals its mentholated accents.

Ingredients

  • L'Herbe des Druides 4 cl
  • Fresh strawberries 3
  • Lime juice 2 cl
  • Cane sugar syrup 1 cl
  • Sparkling water 8 cl
  • Fresh verbena leaves a few
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1 Muddle the strawberries at the bottom of the shaker with the syrup.
  2. 2 Add the lime, the liqueur, the verbena and a few ice cubes.
  3. 3 Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. 4 Pour into a tall glass, top up with sparkling water and garnish with a verbena leaf.

Le Philtre d'Éros

— Cupid's love potion

Strawberry, raspberry, mint, bubbles — a romantic cocktail that showcases the spicy notes of La Flèche Ardente.

Ingredients

  • La Flèche Ardente 4 cl
  • Fresh strawberry juice 4 cl
  • Lime juice 1.5 cl
  • Mint leaves 6
  • Sparkling water 6 cl
  • Raspberry 1 for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1 Shake the liqueur, strawberry juice, lime, mint and ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. 2 Strain into a long drink glass filled with ice.
  3. 3 Top up with sparkling water.
  4. 4 Place a raspberry on top.

Le Black Mule

— Moscow Mule, bitter twist

A re-reading of the Moscow Mule with our Gorgeon des Machurés — the gentian brings a dark bitterness that works wonderfully with ginger.

Ingredients

  • Gin 3 cl
  • Le Gorgeon des Machurés 2 cl
  • Lime juice 1.5 cl
  • Ginger beer 10 cl
  • Crushed ice
  • Lemon zest

Method

  1. 1 Shake the gin, the Gorgeon and the lime juice with a few ice cubes.
  2. 2 Strain into a copper mug filled with crushed ice.
  3. 3 Top up with ginger beer.
  4. 4 Express the lemon zest over the glass and drop it in.

Le Bonbon au Citron

— Lemon drop Martini

A twisted classic. La Lime des Prés — lemon thyme and meadows — lifts the vodka and lemon into a fresh, rounded Martini.

Ingredients

  • Vodka 4 cl
  • La Lime des Prés 2 cl
  • Fresh lemon juice 2 cl
  • Sugar syrup 1 cl
  • Sugar to rim
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1 Rim the edge of a Martini glass with lemon and sugar.
  2. 2 Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3 Strain into the chilled glass.
  4. 4 Serve immediately.
