About
A black verbena, coloured with activated charcoal, to drink in memory of the Machurés — the Saint-Étienne miners whose faces were black with coal dust at the end of the day. Inspired by three historic recipes from Saint-Étienne, blending verbena, southernwood and baraban (dandelion in local dialect).
